Engineering & Maintenance (New Primary Manifest)
Chief Engineer This member of the staff is responsible for the powerplant and all operational systems.

They have a staff of technicians to assist them. Drydock Engineer Responsible for maintenance and repair of ships in drydock. Technician This is a either a staff member of these departments OR a catch-all for technical positions not otherwise listed. If you have an idea, please apply with it and we will review it. -

Teens and early twenty-somethings, basically skaterpunk, cyberpunk, graffiti painting pains in the ass who look down on adults, vandalize property, hack skyplex systems, and otherwise make a nuisance of themselves.
Leader of the Plexies Plexies are teenage to early twenty-somethings who hang around the 'Plex and make a general nuisance of themselves. Think leather, tatoos, body piercings, drinking, drugs. They vandalize property, paint grafitti and hack Skyplex systems. Their leader is the most charismatic and intimidating one of them all. Lucky 38 Casino (New Primary Manifest)
Casino currently owned and operated by Bratva Brigadir Nikolai Udinov's organization.
Casino Owner/Operator Owner/Operator of the Lucky 38 casino. Everything connected to the casino, from gambling to entertainment to liqour to drugs to loan sharking, is run by the casino or the casino otherwise gets a taste. Casino Manager Runs the day to day operations of the Lucky 38 casino. Casino Security Manager Manages day to day casino security operations. Casino Security Officer As this is a Bratva run operation, most of the security officers are Bratva soldiers and associates. Casino Staff This is a catchall for bartenders, dealers, waitstaff, dancers, showgirls, lounge singers, entertainers. Union of Allied Planets Circuit Court (New Primary Manifest)
Circuit Court of the Union of Allied Planets. Presided over by a Circuit Magistrate who passes through periodically to hear all manner of legal cases for the skyplex and the surrounding area (except for the planet, which is controlled by Blue Sun and off-limits).
Magistrate The Magistrate presides over the Circuit Court here at Greenleaf Skyplex. They pass through periodically. They hear many criminal cases, but also hear cases of other kinds, as they are the only judicial presence in the area. -
Union of Allied Planets Marshals Service (New Primary Manifest)
Office of the area UAP Marshal.
UAP Federal Marshal The UAP Marshal enforces the law with the assistance of subordinate UAP Federal Agents. They enforce local and federal law, track down wanted criminals and material witnesses, and serve warrants and summonses. Upper Leadership (GM/AGM NPC Only)
These are the upper leadership of the Bratva, played by GM/AGM pNPCs.
Pakhan (Boss) Top leader who controls the entire organization and oversees major operations. NPC'd by GM/AGM. Vor v Zakone (Thief-in-Law) A prestigious and elite status within the Russian criminal underworld, often associated with the boss or high-level authorities, requiring adherence to a specific code. They function as established criminal authorities and often settle disputes. NPC'd by GM/AGM. Sovietnik (Councilor/Advisor) An advisory position, often a trusted associate to the Pakhan. Probably GM/AGM, possibly a player pNPC. -
Middle Leadership
These are middle management, leaders of gangs/organizations responsible for usually one area of criminal activity (extortion, protection, illegal narcotics, gambling, etc.)
Brigadir (Brigadier) Manages a specific criminal cell or "brigade" (crew) specializing in a certain activity (e.g., drug trafficking, enforcement, prostitution). -
Soldiers
Gunsels, legbreakers, enforcers, errand runners, foot soldiers of the Bratva.
Boyevik (Warrior/Soldier/Enforcer) The main strike force of the organization, carrying out enforcement and violent tasks. Can order around Shestyorok (Associates). Shestyorka (Associate) Lower-level members or 'muscle' who run errands, perform small jobs, and engage in petty crimes (like pickpocketing) while proving themselves to move up in rank.
